Can you special summon relinquished

Decayed Commander : " Decayed Commander " does not activate its card-discarding effect if Elemental HERO Glow Neos : If you destroy a monster that is being treated as an Equip Spell Card by the effect of "Relinquished", it is treated as a monster after it is destroyed so the additional effect for destroying a Monster Card is applied.

Cards like Fatal Abacus : For the effect of " Fatal Abacus " to trigger, a Monster Card that is being treated as a monster must be sent from the field to the Graveyard. This means that a Monster Card equipped to "Relinquished" Giant Kozaky : If " Giant Kozaky " is face-up on the field with " Kozaky ", and "Kozaky" is equipped to "Relinquished", "Giant Kozaky" is not destroyed because a card called "Kozaky" is on the field.

Giant Kozaky : If "Giant Kozaky" is equipped to "Relinquished" as an Equip Spell Card, "Giant Kozaky" will not be destroyed by its effect because it's not a monster even if "Kozaky" is not on the field. Giant Kozaky : If "Giant Kozaky" is equipped to "Relinquished" and is destroyed by "Mystical Space Typhoon" or the effect of "Relinquished", the effect of "Giant Kozaky" will inflict damage to the controller.

Gorgon's Eye : While " Gorgon's Eye " is active, if "Relinquished" equipped with a monster is in Defense Position, the effect of "Relinquished" is negated , it can no longer be equipped with a monster, and the Monster Card equipped to "Relinquished" is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Heart of Clear Water : If your "Relinquished" Lesser Fiend : If " Lesser Fiend " battles with "Relinquished" equipped with a Monster Card, and that equipped card is destroyed instead of "Relinquished", it is not removed from play since it is the effect of "Relinquished" that destroyed it and not as a result of battle with "Lesser Fiend".

Magic Reflector : You can activate " Magic Reflector " and put a counter on a Monster Card equipped to "Relinquished", and if the equipped card would be destroyed, remove 1 counter instead. Morale Boost : "Morale Boost"'s effect includes when monsters are equipped to "Relinquished" Nobleman of Extermination : You can select a face-down monster equipped to " Relinquished ".

Primal Seed : The required card only needs to be face-up on the field. Remove Brainwashing If your opponent takes control of your monster with " Snatch Steal ", etc. Skill Drain : Monsters equipped to "Relinquished" while " Skill Drain " is active are negated and destroyed because "Relinquished" no longer has an effect that allows it to be equipped with a monster, and "Relinquished"'s ATK and DEF are returned to normal. Lesser Fiend : If " Lesser Fiend " battles with "Relinquished" equipped with a Monster Card, and that equipped card is destroyed instead of "Relinquished", it is not removed from play since it is the effect of "Relinquished" that destroyed it and not as a result of battle with "Lesser Fiend".

Snake Whistle : You cannot activate this card when a Reptile - Type monster that is being treated as a Spell Card by " Relinquished ", etc. Spellbinding Circle : If the targeted monster is Tributed, changed into an Equip Spell Card by the effect of "Relinquished", returned to the owner's hand, or otherwise removed from the field without being destroyed, "Spellbinding Circle" remains on the field meaninglessly.

Spirit Reaper : " Spirit Reaper " is only destroyed by its own effect if it is face-up on the field when the effect designating it as a target activates , AND after the effect designating it as a target resolves.

If " Spirit Reaper " is targeted by the effect of " Relinquished ", " Spirit Reaper " is an Equip Spell Card after the effect of " Relinquished " resolves, so it is not destroyed Thousand Knives : The required card only needs to be face-up on the field.

Timidity : While the effect of " Timidity " is active, you cannot destroy a face-down Monster Card equipped to "Relinquished". So you cannot activate "Trojan Blast" when "Relinquished" If you have not already used this effect once.

Union Monster : Union Monsters only grant their special effects to a monster when equipped to that monster using the Union Monster 's effect. So if " Relinquished " equips itself with a Union Monster , it gains none of the Union Monster 's bonuses. If a deck hasn't wiped the floor at a high-level tournament, or it wasn't literally played by Yugi in the TV show, why would the average person know about it?

I mean, sure, they could do their own research and read cards, but I mean… that's not the point. I'm here to do the work for you! So today I'm showcasing three new decks from King's Court. Deck's that, depending on your level of obsession, you may have never heard of. And if you did know of them, maybe you didn't really know how many cards were in the theme, and what these decks are really capable of. King's Court gave each of these strategies a boost, so let's show off the builds!

I'm just going to say it - Golden-Eyes Idol is so buff it makes me uncomfortable. It's scary enough just to look at - all of those eyes? I think I'd have the same reaction if a guy in a clown suit outlifted me at the gym. That's just the newest card in the Relinquished theme, which has grown from Relinquished and Thousand-Eyes Idol , to a wide family of retrained versions of already-upgraded-and-retrained cards.

This is what, the fourth attempt at a new wave of support for Relinquished? Anyway, the deck's actually really good at dealing with your opponent's monsters… most of the time.

While Relinquished , Thousand-Eyes Restrict , and Millennium-Eyes Restrict all absorb opposing monsters, there wasn't much traction for a full sweep, historically speaking. You'll often need more ways to deal with multiple monsters, and that makes Golden-Eyes Idol a really helpful addition. It's great that we now have cards like Millennium-Eyes Fusion to make the boss monsters easier to summon, but if your boss monster only deals with one threat at a time, you just can't control the game.

Maybe we'll see this all take a different turn further down the road, but instead of beefing up the boss monsters, I decided to look for other win conditions.

Millennium-Eyes Restrict can't do everything by itself! During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Kaiju" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Interrupted Kaiju Slumber" per turn.

Buy This Card! If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand in Attack Position. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. When your opponent activates a card or effect, except "Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju" Quick Effect : You can remove 2 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card.

This is treated as a Fusion Summon. You can only activate 1 "Instant Fusion" per turn. You can only use this effect of "Cross-Sheep" once per turn. You can only use each effect of "Millennium-Eyes Illusionist" once per turn. You can only use this effect of "Salamangreat Almiraj" once per turn. During your Main Phase: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; equip that target to an "Eyes Restrict" Fusion Monster or "Relinquished" you control, as if it were equipped by that monster's effect.

You can only use each effect of "Relinquished Fusion" once per turn. You can only use this effect of "Earth Golem Ignister" once per turn. Then you can add to your hand 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card max. If this card would be destroyed by battle, destroy that equipped monster instead.

Once per turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; your opponent's cards and effects cannot be activated for the rest of this turn, also this card can make up to 3 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase this turn.

Once per turn: You can target 1 Level 5 or higher monster your opponent controls; until the End Phase, this card's name becomes that monster's original name, and replace this effect with that monster's original effects. If this Fusion Summoned card is destroyed: You can destroy all your opponent's Special Summoned monsters.

Monsters with that equipped monster's name cannot attack, also their effects on the field and their activated effects are negated. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation. You can only use this effect of "Sangan" once per turn. Once per turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; destroy all monsters your opponent controls. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

If this card is banished, or sent to the GY by card effect: You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; equip that Effect Monster to 1 "Eyes Restrict" or "Relinquished" monster you control that cannot be Normal Summoned. You can only use this effect of "Golden-Eyes Idol" once per turn. You must also Tribute a monster from your hand or field whose Level is 1 or more.

You can only use each effect of "Predaplant Verte Anaconda" once per turn. Once per turn Quick Effect : You can declare 1 Attribute; this card becomes that Attribute until the end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Nibiru, the Primal Being" once per turn.

You can only use this effect of "Relinquished Anima" once per turn. This card gains ATK equal to that equipped monster's. You can only activate 1 "Pre-Preparation of Rites" per turn. While equipped with that monster, any battle damage you take from battles involving this card inflicts equal effect damage to your opponent.

You can only use this effect of "Knightmare Phoenix" once per turn. Co-linked monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; the ATK and DEF of all other monsters on the field become halved.

Its effects are negated, and it cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster. Golden-Eyes Idol lets you power through more monsters that invariably counter your Relinquished strategies.
